  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to support project goals.
  5. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  6. Track project expenditure and manage progress claims.
  7. Utilize project management software to manage project documentation.
  8. Ensure all records are organized and up-to-date.
  9. Communicate health and safety policies and procedures.
  10. Identify and report any safety hazards or incidents.

What We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience in contract administration, project management, or construction-related roles.
  3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to prioritize competing demands and tight deadlines.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software.
  7. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  8. Ability to form meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
  9. Strong understanding of contract management, procurement processes, and construction project delivery.
