Responsibilities
- Assist in take-offs, procurement, and contract management.
- Support the team in sourcing materials, labour, and services.
- Respond to queries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support project goals.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Track project expenditure and manage progress claims.
- Utilize project management software to manage project documentation.
- Ensure all records are organized and up-to-date.
- Communicate health and safety policies and procedures.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or incidents.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in contract administration, project management, or construction-related roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to form meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of contract management, procurement processes, and construction project delivery.
