Job Opportunity:

This role involves working as a Field Services Engineer, providing expert service and repair solutions for mobile C-Arm systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with theatre managers, surgeons, radiologists, and hospital engineers to deliver top-notch service.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mobile C-Arm equipment.
  • Develop detailed reports highlighting service activities and outcomes.
  • Undertake occasional travel within Australia and participate in overseas training programs when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess an electrical/electronic engineering qualification.
  • Have extensive experience in field services, particularly within the medical device industry.
  • Proven ability to interface software with electronic hardware.
  • Demonstrate exceptional fault-finding skills in electronics hardware and software.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be highly motivated, well-presented, and a positive team player.
  • Good customer relations skills are essential, along with relevant EPA licenses (preferred) and a current QLD Driver's License.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory for this position.
