Medical Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Equipment Specialist to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to work with loan sets and medical devices, ensuring they are properly maintained, cleaned, and dispatched to meet patient needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, warehousing, and customer service, with a strong understanding of the medical device industry and hospital CSSD processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely completion of bookings to meet branch schedules and internal metrics.
You will also be responsible for handling domestic and international shipping, communicating delivery details to relevant departments, and monitoring loan sets throughout dispatch and return to facilitate quick turnaround and availability for the VIC Operations team.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with sales staff to meet patient needs.
