Physiotherapist Opportunity

This is an exciting role within the Lincolnshire Stroke Service (LSS) as a dynamic and forward-thinking Physiotherapist.

You will work across acute and community settings, providing specialist physiotherapy services to patients who have had a stroke.

The seamless pathway from acute inpatient care to community delivery enables collaborative working across the patient pathway. The post requires ability to travel, with rotations between other neuro services possible at interview.

Main Duties:
  • Provide specialist physiotherapy services to patients who have had a stroke, including clinical specialist support, professional advice, and practical guidance.
  • Act as case manager to a designated caseload, ensuring all patients have access to their care plan and that individual care plans are delivered and progressed by the team.
  • Manage a clinical caseload to a high professional standard, providing effective evidence-based clinical service for patients as an autonomous practitioner.
