Key Responsibilities:
- SUPPORT CUSTOMERS WITH PERSONAL CARE IN A WAY THAT PROMOTES DIGNITY AND INDEPENDENCE, INCLUDING SHOWERING, TOILETING, CONTINENCE SUPPORT.
- ASSIST WITH SAFE MANUAL HANDLING USING EQUIPMENT SUCH AS HOISTS AND SLINGS.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and prioritise tasks effectively.
