We are seeking a talented Business Development Consultant to join our team in Padstow, NSW. As a Casual Inbound Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of their enquiries.

This is a sales role where the calls come to you, allowing you to focus on what you do best – delivering top-tier customer service and exploring customer needs to ensure we are offering our full scope of services.

About the Role:

  • Deliver a great customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Support customers with their enquiries, from initial contact to resolution, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Explore customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Communicate the features and benefits of booking with O'Brien AutoGlass to customers, highlighting the value proposition.
  • Work within a structured environment with supportive leaders and a family-like culture.

About Your Roster:

  • You will commence on a rate of $35.59 per hour, plus commission, with opportunities for earning potential above the base rate.
  • Enjoy comprehensive training and onboarding to set you up for success in your new role.
  • The training program will take place Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 5:00 pm, commencing on November 28th (dates subject to change).
  • Your workplace will be located at our Padstow-based head office, with free onsite parking available.
  • A minimum of 25 hours per week is required, with flexibility to work between 08:00 am and 08:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
