Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

  • Responsibilities:
    1. Oversee the organization's financial operations ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
    2. Lead the budgeting forecasting processes providing strategic insights to support business decisions.
    3. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders including key performance indicators KPIs.
    4. Manage accounts receivables processes to optimize cash flow and financial stability ensuring timely payments from clients.
    5. Identify assess and mitigate financial risks implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Qualifications:
    1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior financial role preferably in the social community sector.
    2. Degree in Accounting Finance or related discipline CA/CPA qualified or working towards.
    3. Must hold a complete CPA or CA qualification.
    4. Strong knowledge of financial management practices including budgeting forecasting and reporting.
