Job DescriptionThis is an exciting part-time traineeship that combines paid employment with face-to-face training days and on-the-job support from experienced mentors. As a trainee personal care worker, you will be responsible for supporting residents with their personal care and hygiene needs, while encouraging independence and promoting a positive living environment.
You will work collaboratively with our team to provide daily care tasks under supervision, and contribute to the overall well-being of our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in aged care, while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
