Trainee Personal Care Worker at Calvary Health Care – Aged Care, Albury, NSW
Position: Aged Care Traineeships - Part Time (Certificate III Individual Support, Ageing) commencing in 2025. This traineeship allows you to gain a nationally recognised qualification while working as a paid employee. You will be paid to attend face to face training days and receive on-the-job support from mentors. This is an exciting opportunity for up to 24 months.
Responsibilities
Support residents with personal care and hygiene needs while encouraging independence
Assist team with daily care tasks under supervision
Qualifications & About You
Eager, positive learning attitude
Ability to take direction and work under supervision
Availability to work a range of shifts
Desire to join a team committed to care in a mission-based organisation
Willingness to learn to assist residents with personal care and hygiene
