Trainee Personal Care Worker at Calvary Health Care – Aged Care, Albury, NSW
Position: Aged Care Traineeships - Part Time (Certificate III Individual Support, Ageing) commencing in 2025. This traineeship allows you to gain a nationally recognised qualification while working as a paid employee. You will be paid to attend face to face training days and receive on-the-job support from mentors. This is an exciting opportunity for up to 24 months.
Responsibilities- Support residents with personal care and hygiene needs while encouraging independence
- Assist team with daily care tasks under supervision
- Eager, positive learning attitude
- Ability to take direction and work under supervision
- Availability to work a range of shifts
- Desire to join a team committed to care in a mission-based organisation
- Willingness to learn to assist residents with personal care and hygiene
- Above Award Wages; Salary Packaging up to $15,900 per year; Paid Parental Leave; Flexible Working Options
