Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based data pipelines.
  • Architect and implement data solutions using cloud services like Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics.
  • Optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
  • Create data models to support business reporting and analytics needs.
  • Collaborate with data experts to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows for high availability and performance.
  • Lead a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, and cloud solutions.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms, including Azure Data Platform.
  • Strong SQL, Python, and Spark programming skills.
  • Experience with Big Data processing frameworks and streaming technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
