Maas Group Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor/Fitter to join our team at our quarry operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing repairs and maintenance of our plant and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective repairs and maintenance.
  • Prioritize and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Identify and record maintenance scope, completion, and history to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Control maintenance costs within a given budget to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Ensure the maintenance team meets safety, quality, and output obligations to maintain a high level of performance.
  • Perform tasks such as tool maintenance and operating machinery as required.
  • Work to tight schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Maintain professional and clear communication with all staff to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Liaise with supervisors and management regularly to ensure alignment and coordination.

Requirements:

  • S1,2,3 G2 desirable. Trade-qualified diesel fitter, auto electrician, or boilermaker.
  • White card.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a repair or maintenance role.
  • High drive and work ethic.
  • Well-organized.
  • Good leadership qualities.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
