Job Summary:
We are looking for a trade qualified HD Fitter with experience working on underground equipment to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and repairing heavy duty equipment, including Epiroc MT65 dump trucks, Caterpillar AD60 & AD63 dump trucks, Caterpillar R2900 loaders, Volvo IT's, Normet Chargmec equipment and agitators, and Sandvik DD421 jumbo's.
Responsibilities:
The HD Fitter will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and repairing heavy duty equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve project goals
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Trade qualification in HD Fitting
- Experience working on underground equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
