Job Summary

We are seeking experienced HD Fitters to join our team in full-time permanent positions. As an HD Fitter with BTP, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heavy equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mining operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair heavy equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and drivetrain systems
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Identify and report any equipment issues or defects
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of mining operations
Requirements
  • Australian recognized HD trade qualifications, including workplace licenses
  • Experience working on CAT, Komatsu, or Hitachi mining equipment
  • Sound knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and drivetrain systems
  • Knowledge and application of Occupational Health and Safety in the workplace
  • Current Coal Board Medical and valid Driver's Licence
