We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant food and beverage operation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, including staff supervision, performance evaluation, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters open communication, teamwork, and employee engagement.
  • Analyze sales trends, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to meet targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Source and procure high-quality products, develop innovative menus, and ensure consistent culinary standards across all outlets.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency in all aspects of restaurant management.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

In addition to these responsibilities, we seek a candidate who can bring their expertise in food and beverage operations, staff recruitment and retention, training, conflict resolution, and health and safety protocols. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role and be passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage principles, including cocktails and wine.
  • Experience with POS software and online ordering systems.
  • Proven track record of successful team leadership and management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
