Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for planning and achieving business goals, leading and managing the warehouse team, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and efficiency
  • Lead and manage the warehouse team to achieve high-quality results
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage inventory and stock levels to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Coordinate deliveries and logistics to meet customer demands
  • Support the maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Manage documentation and paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supply chain management and logistics
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
  • Proficient in MS Office and other business software
