Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for planning and achieving business goals, leading and managing the warehouse team, and ensuring all company policies and processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to reach targets and drive growth.
  • Build a positive work culture and manage the warehouse team to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure all company policies and processes are followed, including safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Work closely with different teams, suppliers, and customers to build relationships and drive business growth.
  • Prepare work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient delivery of products.
  • Coordinate after-hours support for delivery vehicles and ensure warehouse maintenance and cleaning are up to standard.
  • Oversee product storage and ensure inventory is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
  • Human resources knowledge and experience with HR processes and legal requirements.
  • Knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations.
  • Experience with continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and other communication tools.
