
Front Desk Coordinator

This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a safe, welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III/Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved) and current Working with Children Check.
The successful candidate will be responsible for general reception duties, including answering phones, directing queries, printing materials, collation and distribution. They will also maintain a clean office space and assist with day-to-day operations.
- Job Responsibilities:
- 70% Receptionist: General reception duties, maintaining a smile and can-do attitude, assisting with day-to-day operations, office supplies, filing, scanning, and a clean office space.
- 30% Lunch Cover: Covering lunch breaks while Educators are on breaks, ad-hoc time on the floor to support ratio as required.
- Hold a Certificate III/Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- High level computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent time management and scheduling skills.
- Demonstrated active listening and critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work calmly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF THE NATIONAL QUALITY FRAMEWORK INCLUDING: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
