About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager to support our senior leadership team in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achieving division and company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from initiation through to successful completion.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
  • Develop training materials and provide education and training.
  • Review, develop and implement layouts incorporating lean principles and 5S.
Requirements
  • Previous improvement management experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably with aluminium extrusion knowledge and experience.
  • Proven track record of engaging cross-functional teams with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions with a high standard of attention to detail and dedication to a quality product.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace change and drive impactful results.
  • Commercially astute and customer-focused.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with ERP/manufacturing systems (Oracle preferred).
