We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team in Perth, Australia.

About the Role:
- Contribute to constructability process development and review of construction-related documentation.
- Provide technical support to project functions as needed.
- Ensure Construction Work Package program integration into execution planning.
- Maintain high customer service standards with client representatives.
- Contribute to development of construction requirements for pre-assembly and/or modularization.
- Assist in site organization and staffing requirement development and Plant and Equipment profiles creation.
- Support ongoing maintenance of capital estimates, schedule, and design as they pertain to construction.
- Constructability Process Development: Contribute to the development and review of construction-related documentation, manuals, plans, policies, and procedures.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to other project functions as needed.
- Construction Work Package Integration: Ensure the Construction Work Package program is integrated into execution planning and defined to a sufficient level for the project phase.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer service with client representatives.
- Construction Requirements Development: Contribute to the development of construction requirements for pre-assembly and/or modularization.
- Site Organization and Staffing: Assist in the development of site organization and staffing requirements and Plant and Equipment profiles required to execute construction activities within project schedule and acceptable costs.
- Capital Estimates Maintenance: Support ongoing maintenance of capital estimates, schedule, and design as they pertain to construction.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated health and safety management focus in all phases of project delivery and extensive knowledge of health and safety management procedures, safe work practices, and applicable legislation.
- General knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, contracts, scheduling, and industry-leading efficiencies.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction, with 7+ years construction management experience in heavy or industrial construction.
- Able to motivate and lead discipline-focused teams and fit into a team environment.
- Effective communication, report writing skills, planning, organizational, and oral skills.
- Able to communicate directly with the client on key issues.
- Knowledge of the EPCM model of project delivery, including activities, interfaces, and interdependencies of all project disciplines.
