Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee the successful delivery of projects, from single to double storey homes.

This is a key role in our construction team, requiring a high level of expertise and knowledge of codes, regulations, and building practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Ensure timely completion of projects, maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Resource Allocation: Plan and manage resources effectively, meeting monthly targets and optimizing resource utilization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A registered building practitioner is highly desirable, with previous experience in project homes supervision in Perth essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent client and contractor management skills, as well as a network of reliable trades.

Basic computer skills, particularly knowledge of Beams or Databuild or similar software, would be beneficial. Effective communication and sound problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are also essential.
