About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Travel Account Manager to join our team. As a vital link between our clients and their services, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth travel experience, optimising travel programs, and building strong client relationships. Your expertise will be key in delivering value and efficiency to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate lasting partnerships with corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring top-notch satisfaction.
  • Coordinate Efforts: Be the primary contact for clients, overseeing all travel services and ensuring flawless execution of arrangements.
  • Optimize Programs: Analyse travel patterns to uncover cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Work with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies to secure the best deals for our clients.
  • Resolve Issues: Swiftly address any travel-related challenges to keep clients' plans on track.
  • Provide Insights: Deliver regular performance reports and recommend strategies for enhancement.
  • Implement New Programs: Assist clients with training on travel policies and procedures.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and regulations to offer the best recommendations.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our travel consultants and operations teams for effective program execution.
  • Educate Clients: Help clients navigate travel tools and policies for an enhanced experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in corporate travel or a related field.
  • Strong grasp of corporate travel management and booking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
