About the Role
The E-Learning Content Specialist will work closely with our Training Team to design and develop engaging online learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for adult education and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality e-learning content, including storyboards, modules, and videos.
- Develop and implement effective learning solutions using authoring tools such as Articulate and Adapt.
- Manage and maintain a library of digital assets, ensuring they are current, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Provide support and guidance to stakeholders on creating digital assets, promoting a culture of excellence in online learning.
- Work across various topics, from business systems to allied health professionals working with children.
About You:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality e-learning content.
- Familiarity with contemporary practices in adult education and online learning.
- Proficiency in authoring tools, with a willingness to develop skills in Adapt.
- An interest in developing modules for diverse topics, including business systems and allied health professions.
- Experience working with subject matter experts to develop e-learning storyboards.
- Comfortable working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Moodle.
- Videography, production, and editing skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to analyze problems and suggest solutions.
- Resourceful and adaptable approach to work.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of approximately AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid remote and office work options.
- 12 weeks' paid parental leave and 2 weeks' paid partner leave (eligibility requirements apply).
