We are seeking a highly skilled APS4 Planner to join our team.
About the Role:This position involves working closely with participants and their representatives to identify current and future supports to achieve plan outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:- Gathering information from participants and planning partners over the phone and in person to ensure high-quality planning and decision-making.
- Using policies, practice guidance, and legislation to make informed funding decisions related to participant plans.
- Liaising with key stakeholders, resolving issues and complaints, and completing administrative and data entry tasks.
- Contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators, including planning targets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in planning, administration, or operations.
- An understanding of the health/disability/aged care sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks.
