As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving excellence, safety, and client satisfaction.

Job Description
  • Plan and schedule works, coordinating tasks and timelines within the project to achieve seamless delivery.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment with subcontractors, ensuring clear exchange of project specifications and prompt responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Engage and coordinate with clients, superintendents, consultants, and various stakeholders to ensure project progress, address concerns, and relay essential project updates.
Responsibilities:

Ensure on-site activities align with project specifications and drawings, maintaining adherence to contractual requirements and quality standards.

  • Oversee compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, conducting toolbox talks and managing on-site safety practices to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Manage all Industrial Relations matters, staying updated on legislation and promptly communicating issues to relevant stakeholders to ensure adherence to labour laws.
  • Maintain project quality levels, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality expectations.
  • Supervise and manage all site administration activities, ensuring the accuracy, organization, and up-to-date maintenance of project documentation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Site Manager role in the commercial construction industry.
  • A proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, regulatory authorities, and local communities.
  • Extensive experience in HSE compliance, risk management, and industrial relations within construction.
