Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce User Experience Designer and Adoption Manager to play a key role in enhancing our client's digital experience. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of one of our Federal Government clients in Canberra.

Main Responsibilities

  • Apply user experience principles, including certification as a Salesforce User Experience Designer
  • Design Portal and console interface using Salesforce Lightning and Omnistudio
  • Ensure WCAG 2.0 and accessibility design and compliance assurance
  • Produce mock-ups using Visio or similar technology
  • Design and comply with Service and Inclusion standards of the Federal government Digital Experience Policy

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in Salesforce User Experience Design and Adoption Management
  • Ability to design and implement accessible solutions
  • Knowledge of Visio or similar technology
  • Understanding of the Federal government Digital Experience Policy
