Senior Data Insights Specialist

Deliver strategic and complex analysis to drive business decisions through data-driven insights.

As a Senior Data Insights Specialist, you will lead the development of actionable recommendations by scoping analytical work, determining appropriate methods, and communicating key insights effectively to stakeholders and senior management.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Deliver and support strategic and/or complex analysis for the organisation.
  2. Conduct exploratory and hypothesis-driven analysis to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and causal relationships in data.
  3. Develop scenario modelling and relevant sensitivities as well as subsequent cost-benefit analysis activities in the development of business cases and advice to support decision-making.
  4. Encourage a data-driven mindset and articulate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

  • Management consulting experience in data analysis is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Sound experience with the development of data visualisation and self-service tools such as Tableau or PowerBI for operational end users and managers.
  • Experience in communicating and presenting intricate quantitative analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
