About This Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong relationships with clients as a key liaison
  • Assisting in creating an effective audit strategy
  • Helping team members complete documents required for planning audits
  • Working closely with engagement managers to identify potential problems or difficulties
  • Coordinating engagements independently, reporting directly to Partners when necessary
  • Identifying improvements and communicating them to Managers
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets for various engagements
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and building internal relationships
  • Liaising with clients to identify future opportunities

About You

  • You hold a CA/CPA qualification (or are working towards it)
  • You have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • You are a self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • You possess strong IT and computer skills and adapt quickly to new technology
  • You demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
  • You can effectively manage your workflow
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have at least two years' experience in a similar role
