About the PositionWe cater to a wide range of small businesses across Australia, providing comprehensive solutions tailored to their unique needs. As a senior commercial banker, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our existing clients and delivering bespoke financial services that promote business growth and expansion.
Main Responsibilities:- Engaging in high-volume inbound and structured outbound calling initiatives.
- Providing exceptional customer service to a diverse clientele.
- Maintaining and growing existing client portfolios.
- Understanding and addressing the distinct ambitions of our clients, guiding them towards realizing their business objectives.
You will develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product suite to ensure optimal recommendations are made to clients.

Portfolio Management: Strategically selecting, prioritizing, and managing a portfolio of clients and projects to align with organizational goals and capacity.

Credit Assessment and Management: Evaluating, advising, monitoring, and approving clients' creditworthiness.
Data Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform business decisions and deliver personalized solutions.
