Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize clinical decision-making abilities to aid individuals in their recuperation from injury or illness.
  • Develop and implement recover at work plans, job task analysis, labour market analysis, and job seeking canvassing.
  • Handle cases related to return-to-work for various types of insurance referrals including Workers Compensation, Comcare, CTP, and Life Insurance.
  • Conduct appropriate evaluations such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments (ADLs) to offer comprehensive assistance.
  • Collaborate and communicate with clients, employers, medical professionals, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Report writing
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
