Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
About the Role:- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that meet their needs and expectations
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Requirements:- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
- At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
