Career Opportunity for an Experienced Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate hospitality manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of food safety, stock management, and staff supervision, ensuring that we provide high-quality meals and service that enhance the wellbeing of our residents.

  • Manage and implement effective food safety procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Oversee stock management, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control
  • Develop and maintain menus in collaboration with our dietitian to cater to the diverse needs of our residents
  • Lead and manage a dynamic hospitality team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to ensure excellent customer service
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day by implementing systems and processes to support food safety, menu planning, workforce management, and budget control.

What We Are Looking For:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a dynamic aged care or healthcare setting
  • A formal qualification in Hospitality Management or Commercial Cookery
  • Certification as a Food Safety Supervisor
  • A genuine passion for person-centred care and a commitment to excellence
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow a cohesive hospitality team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the IDDSI framework and its practical application
