Corporate Concierge Role

We are seeking an Agile Workplace Professional to join our FC Support Team, as a Corporate Concierge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft seamless experiences that leave a lasting impression on our visitors and occupants.
  • Support clients by working across core services: Reception, Hospitality, Workplace Solutions, Events and Meeting coordination.

This role involves periods of walking, standing, sitting, and manual handling, keeping you active and engaged throughout your workday.

Requirements:
  • A minimum two years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality, airline, retail or service-oriented sectors.
  • A customer-centric mindset, adapting to visitors'/employees' needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach, maintaining a positive and solution-focused mindset in addressing challenges.

You'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting positions across the Adelaide portfolio. The Support Team is our valued frontline, ensuring smooth operations in cases of absences, including service support, holidays, training days, sickness, and temporary vacancies.
