Job Title: Corporate Liaison Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation within the religious industry as a skilled and energetic Receptionist.

The role is based in Chatswood and is a long-term temporary assignment, expected to last 3-6 months. In this dynamic position, you will provide exceptional support in all aspects of reception and administration.

  • Answering incoming calls and greeting clients and guests with courtesy and professionalism
  • Attending meetings and taking accurate minutes
  • Preparing correspondence and documentation efficiently
  • Providing fast-paced administration support to the team and senior management
  • Data entry and database maintenance tasks
  • General ad-hoc duties as required to ensure seamless operations

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous extensive reception experience in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of activity
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy when performing administrative tasks
  • Presentation skills and maturity of mind to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to maintain positive relationships
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, to perform data analysis and management
