Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Develop a comprehensive test strategy to drive the delivery of our Open Banking program. Bring your technical expertise in Consumer Data Rights Standards and lead the testing team to ensure quality and consistency across all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a Test Strategy for our Open Banking program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, resource planning, implementation, execution, analysis, and reporting for all testing engagements.
  • Lead and mentor the testing team to maintain high-quality delivery across System, Functional, Regression, and Business Acceptance testing phases.
  • Drive continuous improvement of testing methodology, tools, processes, approaches, and techniques.
  • Ensure the testing team's deliverables meet objectives and align with delivery schedules.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager involving complex integration projects, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in testing within software development projects at Test Analyst and Senior Test Analyst level.
  • Experience with Consumer Data Rights Standards and Regulations is highly desirable.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as SoapUI and Postman is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality written documentation.
  • Strong vendor management skills.
