Exciting Opportunity: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undergo extensive training and ongoing up-skilling in multiple digital marketing channels;
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads products, and SEO;
  • Sit-in with senior team members on client meetings to understand business goals and objectives and learn maintain a high level of customer service through industry-leading performance and campaign reporting;
  • Work closely with the SEO and web team to execute and deliver successful SEO campaigns, website improvements, and conversion rate optimization;
  • Identify opportunities for campaign growth via additional digital services and channels;
  • Maintain exceptional client retention through strong relationship management and campaign success;
  • Utilize digital tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry platforms;
  • Develop expertise in various CMS platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Magento, and more;
  • Expand your skillset and earn accreditations with multiple Google products, Facebook, HubSpot, and more.

Requirements:

  • Retail or phone experience in a previous role is essential;
  • Completion of a marketing degree is preferred;
  • Completion of a marketing internship/s is a bonus;
  • Digital marketing experience is a bonus but not essential. We are more focused on the passion to learn and drive for career growth;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management to meet deadlines;
  • Insatiable appetite for challenge and curiosity to develop into a multi-skilled, industry-leading digital marketer.
