Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Achieve your career goals by exceling in accounts payable management:

We seek an experienced professional to lead the end-to-end accounts payable function, including maintaining accurate and efficient reconciliations for all vendors, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and supporting the team on month end/GL close.

  • Process vendor invoices into the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) & Xero system & arrange weekly batch EFT payment
  • Manage staff expense reimbursement & corporate cards processing on a weekly basis
  • Process & arrange job seeker reimbursement batch payment after matching with respective POs into the system
  • Assist GL Accounting team in the month end close & AP reports

Key Requirements:

To be successful, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Xero/Dynamic 365 Business central would be preferable
  • Advance/intermediate excel skills
