Job Description

As a seasoned Protective Security expert, you will lead a team overseeing key aspects of executive protection, emergency management, incident response, travel security, event security risk assessments, person/group threat assessment, threat intelligence, and de-escalation training. Your role will also involve managing security matters impacting colleagues.

We prioritize customer obsession, innovation, and creating strong, lasting relationships as we strive to be the most customer-centric organization in Australia and New Zealand.

In this role, you will join a team within our Security group that's doubling down on customer obsession and supporting our colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, evaluating, and monitoring risks that could affect business activities and providing timely insights and updates
  • Leading intelligence gathering and interrogation of information sources for threat assessments
  • Completing event and personal risk assessments requiring physical security review and support
  • Detecting and responding to physical threats/risks to our people, customers, and assets
  • Participating in internal and external led forums
