Meaningful Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced wellbeing professional to lead a meaningful life program in our care community, delivering engaging activities and events for residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing opportunities for purposeful participation, social events, and activities that cater to the diverse needs of all residents.

This role requires excellent leadership and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement resident care plans and complete key lifestyle assessments.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with clinical teams and allied health professions, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Clinical Collaboration - Work closely with clinical teams and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
