Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to owners and guests, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Register guests, provide local area information, and complete department-related paperwork.
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area, ensuring a deep understanding of our guests' needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual, with immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy, with experience in a PMS system advantageous.
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
