Working at NAVWAR Directorate, you will be part of a team that is implementing a defence program that supports war fighter preparedness. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Support Lead.

The Technical Support Lead will have considerable level of stakeholder engagement and will liaise with stakeholders in relation to complex or difficult issues. They will be required to identify, anticipate and respond to stakeholders' needs and expectations to achieve work unit and Defence outcomes. They will be accountable to contribute towards ongoing self-improvement and professional development.

Our team is responsible for implementing a defence program that supports war fighter preparedness. The position requires sound Defence writing skills as doctrine and policy are one priority. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and technical skills to manage teams and projects. They will also have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
