Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Journey Optimisation Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital customer journey optimisation, with expertise in usability and conversion drivers.

In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills and digital experience to identify breakpoints in the digital customer experience and drive solutions to increase conversions for the business and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and forecast digital initiative roadmaps to achieve portfolio objectives
  • Monitor results and performance metrics across relevant portfolios
  • Measure and interpret customer online behaviour to maximise sales conversion potential
  • End-to-end delivery of key digital campaigns, including A/B testing and personalised messaging
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and deliver strategies from inception to execution
  • Hands-on experience with conversion optimisation platforms
  • Passion for improving the financial wellbeing of customers and delivering meaningful app experiences
