Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of clients.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates, as well as a Working with Children Check (blue card) and NDIS Worker Screening (yellow card).
  • Sound knowledge of the NDIS practice standards and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
