Seeking an ambitious professional to join our Occupational Hygiene and Hazardous Materials team as a HAZMAT Consultant.

Job Description

A unique opportunity has arisen within our Brisbane office for a skilled individual to work alongside industry leaders in Occupational Hygiene and Hazardous Materials. As a HAZMAT Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical advice on Hazardous Materials and Occupational Hygiene issues, conducting surveys and removals, asbestos airborne fibre monitoring and fibre counting, bulk sample identification, and preparing technical reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical advice on Hazardous Materials and Occupational Hygiene issues
  • Conducting Asbestos/HAZMAT Surveys and removal
  • Asbestos airborne fibre monitoring & fibre counting
  • Asbestos Bulk Sample Identification
  • Preparation of Technical Reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should ideally possess:

  • Qualification in Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science or a related field is advantageous but not essential
  • Hazmat industry experience or exposure through study
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Australian Citizenship or rights to work in Australia
