Occupational Hygiene Expertise
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our Occupational Hygiene Discipline, you will work autonomously with the support of local professionals across various divisions.
You will be responsible for leading and assisting in Occupational Hygiene and Hazardous Materials assessments by providing consulting services. This will involve working with clients to recognise, assess and control occupational health hazards to protect worker health, as well as collaborating with other regions and disciplines on projects and submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting services on Occupational Hygiene and Hazardous Materials assessments
- Work with clients to identify and control occupational health hazards
- Collaborate with other regions and disciplines on projects and submissions
- Develop and implement occupational hygiene management and monitoring programs
- Perform occupational hygiene assessments, including statistical analysis of monitoring data
Requirements:
- Post graduate qualifications in occupational hygiene and/or science
- Minimum 8 years' experience in relevant occupational hygiene roles
- Full membership of the AIOH is a must, with experience in QLD mining and quarrying under QGL02 highly desirable
- Ability to win new work through business development and exceptional client management expertise
