We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team, supporting our Neuromodulation business. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in transforming the treatment of chronic pain and movement disorders through innovation, clinical leadership, and life-changing technology.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Maximizing sales volume and market share of designated products within assigned territories;
- Achieving sales targets and increasing market share for assigned territories; implementing and executing on sales force effectiveness initiatives to drive business growth and sales skills development;
- Developing relationships and servicing key customer groups, including utilizing key customer networks;
- Supporting implantation and post-operative follow-ups of devices within your territory;
- Managing consignment stock;
- Assisting with product marketing and launches;
- Providing market feedback on product and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (biomedical, nursing, human movement);
- Demonstrated proficiency with selling skills in a framework in the medical devices industry;
- Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to convincingly discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts;
- Patient-centric, customer-focused, and empathetic;
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to translate clinical detail into relatable information;
