**Role Overview**

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist **(Thai-Speaking)**to help promote our education programs and workforce solutions to the Thai-speaking community in Australia. The role involves developing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and providing language support to students.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting the Thai-speaking market in Australia.
- Manage and create engaging digital marketing content.
- Plan and run marketing campaigns.
- Identify new business opportunities and marketing channels to reach potential students.
- Translate and localise marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency.
- Conduct market research to understand the needs of students, professionals, and businesses in Australia.
- Collaborate with education agents, community organisations, and business partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide student and language support to enhance student satisfaction, progression, and completion.

**Selection criteria**
- Fluent in Thai (written and spoken); proficiency in English required.
- Experience in social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Knowledge of Thai consumer behaviour and market trends in Australia.
- Strong copywriting skills in Thai.
- Sales skills with a proven track record (preferred).
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
- Adaptable, professional, and able to work collaboratively.
- Experience in education, training, or recruitment industries (preferred).

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
