Job Overview

The role of a Senior Educator is to lead and manage a team of Educators in delivering exceptional educational programs.

This includes taking charge of your own room, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices, ensuring safety and inclusivity, tailoring learning experiences to meet the needs of all children.

A key responsibility is to ensure that the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards are met, as well as having a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and strong knowledge of these standards.

This position requires you to have a current Western Australia Working with Children Check.
