Job Title:

Senior Educator

Role Overview

As a Senior Educator, you will take charge of your own room and lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.

You will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

Ensure safety and inclusivity, tailoring learning experiences to meet the needs of all children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to develop and implement educational strategies.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and centre staff.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
