Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting new clients with account opening and app navigation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist new clients with account opening and app navigation.
  • Answer basic questions and help clients feel confident using our innovative features.
  • Support marketing events and workshops.
  • Work with your team to maintain store operations and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Help with documentation and compliance, ensuring client information is kept safe.
  • Assist sales efforts by following up on leads and supporting client acquisition goals.

About Your Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years' experience in customer service, preferably financial advice or retail investment services.
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms.
  • You're a people-focused individual with great communication skills (English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus).
  • You're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking.
  • You're willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • You're tech-savvy and keen to learn new digital tools.
  • You're a customer-first problem solver who's always ready to help.
